Superintendent Daryl K. Jackson

Daryl K. Jackson was born in Riverside, California on February 24, 1961.   The year after his birth his parents purchased their first home in Compton, California, where he attended Pioneer Elementary, Enterprise Junior High, and Compton High School (for one month). In 1968 at the age of seven, Daryl Jackson accepted Christ into his life and was baptized at Mt. Hebron Missionary Baptist Church.

In 1976 his parents returned to Riverside, California, where Brother Daryl Jackson completed High school at Riverside Poly High and furthered his education at San Bernardino Valley College. In 1984 he accepted employment with the California Dept of Corrections, and continued his tenure at Soledad State Prison, until 1987 when he was transferred to RJD Correctional Facility in San Diego California. He was later promoted to the rank of Sergeant and continued his employment at the Lancaster State Prison in Lancaster, California, until he retired in 2004.

In 1988 Supt. D.K Jackson received the baptism of the Holy Ghost and accepted his call to the ministry. He received his minister’s license at Resurrected Temple Church of God in Christ in Riverside California under the leadership of Superintendent Clinton Conners. In 1992, two years later after joining Faith Chapel Church of God in Christ, in San Diego, California, under the leadership of Bishop Roy Dixon, Minister Daryl Jackson was ordained as an Elder in the Church of God in Christ. During his membership at Faith Chapel Church, he served as an Associate Minister, Children’s Church Pastor, and a Trustee Board member until 1996.

In 1997 Supt. DK Jackson answered the call of the Lord to Pastor and open his first church, Faith Chapel North Church of God in Christ under the guidance of Bishop Roy Dixon, Bishop John Richardson, and Superintendent Clinton Conners.

Shortly after retiring from the prison system and the Faith Chapel North Church, Superintendent D.K. Jackson met the love of his life Sister Alondra Renee Henderson, and the two married in the 2005 and relocated to Perris, California.

After being out of pastor ship for a few years, the Lord touched Superintendent Jackson’s heart again, and in 2008, with Bishop Dixon’s blessings, Superintendent and First Lady Jackson launched the Chapel of Faith Church of God in Christ in Moreno Valley, California, where the Lord’s work continues to flourish. Their endeavor is to “save the lost at any cost and build a facility where the unsaved soul can come and be nurtured.”
